Why we exist
The facts are clear: plant-based diets are better for the environment and they're better for you.
Despite this, the majority of the UK population consume animal-based protein.
This is especially surprising with regards to sports nutrition, where science shows that plant-based protein aids recovery.
Indeed, athletes across the world are turning towards plant-based protein to perform better, including Serena Williams and Lewis Hamilton.
We want to show you that you can experience peak performance powered by plants.
What we do
The optimal diet is fully plant-based, with simple, natural ingredients. That's why we provide recipes and guidelines for doing this at home.
However, we know that people lead busy lives. Sometimes it isn't possible to make a balanced meal at home. Sometimes you need to rush out the house and need a quick snack. Sometimes you need to supplement your protein intake. That's why we offer a range of bars and powders that cover all fitness goals.Explore our shop
Our sustainability policy
Building a business with sustainability in mind is a constant process of development and improvement and we are continuing to learn.
We do not sell any products with animal-based ingredients, meaning they are all plant-based and vegan. We use plastic-free, recyclable and recycled material for our packaging. At the moment, we cannot guarantee that the products we sell use biodegradable or recyclable packaging, but we do prioritise relationships with manufacturers that have a sustainable focus. For delivery we use carbon offsetting. We also donate 1% of our sales to charity through 1% For The Planet.
We are a small business but as we grow we will focus on the following areas: 1) move from carbon offsetting delivery to carbon-free delivery, as with scale we can use eco logistic providers; 2) use energy from renewable sources; 3) encourage manufacturers to provide 100% sustainable packaging; 4) monitor our carbon footprint to be 100% sustainable.
